MICHIGAN CITY GOLF COURSE (NORTH)
2013 OUTING AGREEMENT
MICHIGAN CITY IS A NON-METAL FACILITY
Groups:
- To reserve a tee time for the weekdays, weekends, and holiday, you must have at least 24 players. Outings held between Memorial Day through Labor Day are restricted to an 11:00 a.m. start time. All “shotgun start” outings must begin at or after 12:00 p.m. or at the discretion of the Director of Golf.
Payment of fees:
- A non-refundable deposit of $250 will be charged to reserve a date.
- All charges incurred during the outing will be paid by 6:00 p.m. the day of the outing. The $250 deposit will be credited at that time of payment
- One check for the outstanding balance is required. No individual paying will be allowed.
Green Fees for Outing:
- Weekdays or weekends prior to Memorial Day and after Labor Day
$22.00 w/mandatory cart
- Weekends between Memorial Day and Labor Day
Pass holders — all day — $22 w/mandatory cart
All others — before 1 p.m. — $31 w/mandatory cart
After 1 p.m. — $28 w/mandatory cart
- Weekdays between Memorial Day and Labor Day
Pass holders — all day — $22 w/mandatory cart
All others — all day — $28 w/mandatory cart
Cancellations:
- The signee (event chairperson) shall confirm the number of players and carts at least seven days in advance of the events. A list of all players participating in the outing will be provided to the Director of Golf two days in advance. The event chairperson is responsible for the confirmed number of players and carts will be due by 6:00 p.m. on the day of the outing in the form of a check.
- In the event that inclement weather cancels the event, fees will be refunded.
Golf Car Policy:
- The tournament chairperson must furnish us a list of players and car assignments two days in advance.
- All special event cars will be signed for by individual assigned golf cars. Signee assumes responsibility for any damages incurred.
- You will be charged a daily cart rental fee any additional carts needed.
- Carts will be issued 15 minutes prior to assigned tee times.
- All players are required to use golf carts (no walkers).
Food and Beverages:
- Alcohol must be purchased from the golf course; no carry in or coolers allowed.
- Outings are allowed to bring their own food.
- No glass containers.
Dress Code:
- SHIRTS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES!
Misc. Information:
Outings using “Big Cups” will be charged an additional $75 fee.
Please make sure your players are aware of the need for speedy play. The course rangers have the authority to move a slow group so that the golfers in succeeding groups are not delayed an unreasonable amount of time. Thank you for your cooperation.
People making the turn have 5 minutes to go to number 10 tee.
