MICHI­GAN CITY GOLF COURSE (NORTH)
2013 OUT­ING AGREEMENT

MICHI­GAN CITY IS A NON-​METAL FACILITY

Groups:

• To reserve a tee time for the week­days, week­ends, and hol­i­day, you must have at least 24 play­ers. Out­ings held between Memo­r­ial Day through Labor Day are restricted to an 11:00 a.m. start time. All “shot­gun start” out­ings must begin at or after 12:00 p.m. or at the dis­cre­tion of the Direc­tor of Golf.

Pay­ment of fees:

• A non-​refundable deposit of $250 will be charged to reserve a date.
• All charges incurred dur­ing the out­ing will be paid by 6:00 p.m. the day of the out­ing. The $250 deposit will be cred­ited at that time of payment
• One check for the out­stand­ing bal­ance is required. No indi­vid­ual pay­ing will be allowed.

Green Fees for Outing:

• Week­days or week­ends prior to Memo­r­ial Day and after Labor Day

$22.00 w/​mandatory cart

• Week­ends between Memo­r­ial Day and Labor Day

Pass hold­ers — all day — $22 w/​mandatory cart
All oth­ers — before 1 p.m. — $31 w/​mandatory cart
After 1 p.m. — $28 w/​mandatory cart

• Week­days between Memo­r­ial Day and Labor Day

Pass hold­ers — all day — $22 w/​mandatory cart
All oth­ers — all day — $28 w/​mandatory cart

Can­cel­la­tions:

• The signee (event chair­per­son) shall con­firm the num­ber of play­ers and carts at least seven days in advance of the events. A list of all play­ers par­tic­i­pat­ing in the out­ing will be pro­vided to the Direc­tor of Golf two days in advance. The event chair­per­son is respon­si­ble for the con­firmed num­ber of play­ers and carts will be due by 6:00 p.m. on the day of the out­ing in the form of a check.
• In the event that inclement weather can­cels the event, fees will be refunded.

Golf Car Policy:

• The tour­na­ment chair­per­son must fur­nish us a list of play­ers and car assign­ments two days in advance.
• All spe­cial event cars will be signed for by indi­vid­ual assigned golf cars. Signee assumes respon­si­bil­ity for any dam­ages incurred.
• You will be charged a daily cart rental fee any addi­tional carts needed.
• Carts will be issued 15 min­utes prior to assigned tee times.
• All play­ers are required to use golf carts (no walkers).

Food and Beverages:

• Alco­hol must be pur­chased from the golf course; no carry in or cool­ers allowed.
• Out­ings are allowed to bring their own food.
• No glass containers.

Dress Code:

• SHIRTS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES!

Misc. Infor­ma­tion:

Out­ings using “Big Cups” will be charged an addi­tional $75 fee.

Please make sure your play­ers are aware of the need for speedy play. The course rangers have the author­ity to move a slow group so that the golfers in suc­ceed­ing groups are not delayed an unrea­son­able amount of time. Thank you for your cooperation.

Peo­ple mak­ing the turn have 5 min­utes to go to num­ber 10 tee.
