From Downtown Chicago

- Take I80/94 East or I90 East
- Exit on US 421 North (Exit 34B) - US 421 North turns into Franklin Street
- Take US 421/Franklin Street North through Michigan City until it dead ends in front of the public library
- Turn right on 4th Street and drive one block
- Turn left on Pine Street
- Stay right and follow over the bridge
- Washington Park entrance is on the left across from B & E Marine
- Take first right and follow to the Senior Center
From Southwest Michigan (Grand Rapids area)

- Exit onto and follow I-94 West
- Exit and follow US-20 West (Exit 40B)
- Stay straight and go onto US 35 North (this is also Michigan Boulevard)
